Selected from high-quality non-GMO green bean varieties, the beans are manually picked at the peak harvest period when the pods are crisp, plump, bright green, and fibers are not aged. Strict screening is conducted to remove malformed, insect-infested, and yellowed pods, ensuring uniform specifications. Within 2 hours after harvesting, the beans are delivered to the GMP-certified production workshop. After preprocessing such as stem removal, vein removal, high-pressure spray deep cleaning, and short-time color-protecting blanching, they are instantly frozen at -36℃ using advanced international IQF technology. This process completely locks in the natural sweet taste, crisp texture, and rich nutrients of the green beans without adding artificial colors, preservatives, or flavor enhancers. The pure natural attribute makes it suitable for diverse global dietary scenarios.
